Production Operators

Production Operators

Full-Time • Lebanon, OH

We currently have a need for full-time Production Operators on the following shifts. Heavy overtime is possible which includes a weekend rotation.

Full-time, Evening Shift (5:00pm – 1:30am)

Starting wage is $14.91 hour with $1.00 shift differential with the ability for significant increases within the first 15 months and then the possibility for increases semi-annually after 15 months. Heavy overtime.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating machines in our plating, assembly and machining areas
  • Maintaining safety standards while meeting production goals
  • Performing quality inspections
  • Performing preventative machine maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Strong consistent work history required
  • 3 years’ experience fast-paced environment required
  • Ability to stand and walk for 12 hours per day and lift 35 lbs. required
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred
